Landscape

Czech Republic consists of Bohemia and Morovia, Bohemia is surrounded by mountain ranges while Morovian land stretches to the River Danube basin. Roughly one third of the country is covered by forest. Elevatuion extremes range from 1602 to 115 metres.

Agriculture

Most important in the river vallies of the Labe and the Vltava and ther Morovian river in the lowlands where corn, sugar beet, wheat, barley, potatois, oats, rye and flax are grown
